Philip Kim, MD
President
Dr. Philip Kim is a board-certified pain physician and founder of the Center for Interventional Pain & Spine. A longtime leader in pain medicine and advocacy, he has served in leadership roles with state and national pain organizations and contributes to clinical guidelines and consensus work in neuromodulation and interventional pain care.

Lalo Berezo
Director
Lalo Berezo serves on the FPCA Foundation Board of Directors and supports the Foundation's mission to advance education, advocacy, and access to quality pain care.

David Kloth, MD
Vice President
Dr. David Kloth is an interventional pain physician and founder of Connecticut Pain Care. He has practiced pain medicine for more than three decades and has held national leadership roles with the North American Neuromodulation Society and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, with a longstanding focus on patient access, coverage policy, and pain-care advocacy.Â

Sean Dwyer
Director
Sean Dwyer serves on the FPCA Foundation Board of Directors and supports initiatives focused on improving education, advocacy, and access within the pain care community.Â

Hemant Kalia, MD, MPH
Secretary
Dr. Hemant Kalia is a board-certified pain and rehabilitation physician specializing in interventional spine care, cancer pain, and advanced neuromodulation. He is the founder and medical director of Savya Neuroscience Institute and is actively involved in national advocacy, reimbursement policy, education, and research within the pain medicine community.Â

Lindy Snider
Director
Lindy Snider is an entrepreneur, business leader, and philanthropist with extensive experience supporting healthcare and patient-focused initiatives. She founded Lindi Skin, a skincare company created for patients undergoing cancer treatment, and has served on numerous healthcare, charitable, and community boards.Â

Peter Staats, MD, MBA
Treasurer
Dr. Peter Staats is an internationally recognized interventional pain physician who founded the Division of Pain Medicine at Johns Hopkins. He has held leadership roles in several major pain and neuromodulation organizations and has authored hundreds of publications on pain management, neuromodulation, and emerging therapies.Â
